The Mead Johnson Building in Borculo

which later became the Borculo Feed Mill

but which no longer exists.

Milk from the local farmers was brought here for processing.  I have not established a date for this photo, but the location was in front of what is now, 2002, Ottawa Roof Truss.  Behind this building was what I remember to be a good size pond from which ice was cut in the Winter and stored in sawdust for use in the Summer.
At some point the Mead Johnson Station
burned, and here you see only the chimney
standing.
This is the rebuilding of Mead Johnson Station.
A closer shot of the rebuilding.  I think I will be able to identify the person in front.
In the foreground is from left to right, Chummy, Harvard VandenBosch, Don VandenBosch.  In the background is Mead Johnson Station.  Judging by my (Don) size, the year must be about 1943.
This picture is of Janice VandenBosch with the same building in the background, but now it has become the Borculo Feed Mill selling Arcady Feeds.  Again judging Jan's age from the picture, I'd say the picture was taken in 1949
Another picture showing the building as a Feed Mill, but Jan VandenBosch is younger here.  The picture was probably taken 1947.  The building on the left is a shed of Albert Bosch.  The other characters are Don VandenBosch on the left, and Harv VandenBosch on the right.
Here you see the south end of the building.  Again Don on the left and Harv on the right.  Seems to be a year or two before the picture immediately above this one.  Notice the large chimney has been removed.
